On March 22, the State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission of the State Council announced the latest list of "Science and Technology Reform Demonstration Enterprises", and China Haisum was successfully selected, marking that the strength of the Company as a technology-based enterprise has been affirmed again.

       A total of six enterprises subordinated to Poly Group were selected into this list. Previously, China Haisum formulated reform measures as required and proposed a series of reform requirements, such as to improve the corporate governance structure, fully implement the tenure system for management members and contractual management, establish and improve the market-oriented employment system, establish a more flexible and efficient payroll management mechanism, establish and improve a sound medium- and long-term incentive and restraint mechanism, steadily promote mixed-ownership reform, optimize the scientific and technological innovation system, adhere to the leadership of the Party and strengthen the capability building of the Party. In addition, Haisum has tried its best to explore the new path of digital transformation to empower the "dual carbon" strategy and realized the goals of promoting business performance, improving independent innovation capabilities, achieving practical results in market-oriented reforms and continuously strengthening party leadership and party building.
