From December 18 to 20, Zhang Jianxin, president of Haisum, Zhao Guoang, vice chairman, and Chen Rongrong, vice president, successively visited subsidiaries in Guangzhou and Nanning for investigation. Zhang Qing, general manager of Guangzhou company and Tang Mingming, chairman of Nanning company respectively led the company's leading body to participate in the investigation.

Zhang Jianxin and his team successively heard reports on the basic information of the two companies and on production and operation, technological innovation and strategic discussion, and held individual talks and exchanges with the leading body and some middle-level cadres of the company. They listened to their opinions and suggestions on the development of the company and Haisum. During the investigation of Guangzhou company, Zhang and his party also went to the BIM center of Guangzhou company to hear the report on the overall operation since its establishment and future development of the center. During the investigation of Nanning company, Zhang and his party listened to the overseas market development of Nanning company.

Zhang Jianxin fully affirmed the achievements of the two companies and further put forward the following requirements. The first is to closely follow the development of the market and industry, and to study and formulate the development plan of the company according to the development strategy requirements of Haisum and in combination with the actual conditions. The second is to further standardize and improve the management process of the company, especially to strengthen the management and control of the general contracting business. Haisum will also continuously promote the standardization of the business process of the general contracting. The third is to strengthen the construction of digitalization, informatization and intelligentialization, increase technological innovation, accelerate technological progress and enhance core competitiveness. The fourth is to continuously promote internationalization development and intensify the development of international market, so as to realize the strategic objectives of the technology-based international engineering company of Haisum as soon as possible.
